These are the results from a technique developed some years ago when I was working with the Royal Navy.
In summary, it provides tables of data taken from the open literature for use when developing operating procedures. Hence it can be used for comparisons of system designs.
It has been found to be useful in an applied context over the years. An example of the application is attached.
